Brookline Lock Company (BLC) was a 100+ year old locksmith business that recently was acquired by new owners who were looking to revitalize the business, starting with their online presence. In addition to BLC's locksmith services, they were expanding to offering door hardware delivery and installation to the Boston area.
Challenges
